How do I rent a powerbank?

Open your device's camera or tap the Rent Now option on our site, then scan the QR code on the station. As soon as you complete payment using our secure international providers, the station will dispense your powerbank.

Where can I return the powerbank?

Once you are done, simply place the powerbank back into an empty slot at the station.

How does pricing work?

For security, the system holds a 200,000 IDR deposit. Return the powerbank within 60 minutes and you'll be charged 30,000 IDR while 170,000 IDR is instantly refunded.

What happens if the powerbank is lost?

If the powerbank goes missing, the 200,000 IDR deposit will not be returned. If you find it within 24 hours, contact our WhatsApp support line to request a refund.

Which devices are supported?

Our powerbanks include USB-C, Lightning and Micro-USB cables, covering all modern devices.
